The Blue Waterfall

This powerful rejuvenation skill is used in the Satori Flow Qigong curriculum. It is an exercise that you can practice to clear your mind, relax your body and enliven your spirit. It is called The Blue Waterfall and comes from the ancient practice of Chinese Qigong. It is very easy to learn and anyone can do it.

First find a quiet place to just sit and breathe naturally down into your lower belly. Now with your eyes closed picture yourself sitting under a soft and soothing waterfall of refreshing and healing Blue Water. Imagine this Blue Water flowing onto your head and all the way down and out through your feet.

As the Blue Water flows through you it cleanses away all of your worries, cares, distractions and physical pains. See the water washing away these negative feelings and sensations as dark cloudy water. See anything inside of you that is a blockage as this dark cloudy water being carried away and recycled back into the earth.

Use the power of your intention to direct the water to anyplace in your body that you wish. See the healing water washing away any and all bodily pains. If there is an emotional disturbance such as frustration or sadness, see the healing water flushing it out of your mind. As these blockages leave your mind and body feel yourself entering into a deeply relaxed and quiet state of awareness.

Enjoy breathing easily and gently until you can picture the stream of water flowing out of you to be as clean and purified as the Healing Blue Water that flowing into your body.

Enjoy!

I LOVE The Law of Attraction. When I stay focused and on Track -things Come into my life that I Wished to Attract. I have noticed that Changing our thoughts (my husband and Myself) seems Easy Enough but I have also acknowledged that Our Spirit Needs to Follow. I find the challenge is in Keeping My Mind and Spirit Balanced Consistently with an Even Flow of Pure Love & Energy. I find the BEST Quick Fix is Meditation/Visualization, Exercise and a Really Big Salad with Extra Sprouts and Avocado … Oh and don’t forget the ‘Goddess” Dressing ;) Haha, Anyhow -My point in this comment Tristan is to Thank You for the Blue Waterfall Post !! Since Christmas… When you first introduced me to the Blue Waterfall – I have been meaning to Ask you to teach it to me, again. I have been thinking about it A Lot and was So Happy to See that I had Attracted it … when I logged onto your Blog this morning !
Thank you … Thank you !
