My dream came true… I finally got to meet Peter Ragnar. I went to see him in the Smokey Mountains; it was incredible! We walked along this beautiful river for about an hour. Sometimes chatting about the Dao… sometimes just walking in silence. Here’s a meditation video I shot the day after meeting him. I tell you what… nothing beats being around people who live in the flow! Click to play.

I like your content.
Hi Tristan,
I just watched the webinat that you did with Peter Ragnar last evening and thought that you may like to hear about someone who has lived his whole life not only knowing what you’ve presented but lived them.
For some strange reason, even unknown to me, I came to this go ’round with uncommon awareness. Cheif among these knowings was that nothing need suffer to sustain me.
I have been a vegetarian since I drew my first breath and most of the food that I’ve put into this body has been uncooked. This is very atypical in my age bracket. I’m on my 58th trip around the sun, and all those years ago, the only vegetarians were in caves and monasteries, yet here I was in the most unlikely location……a SAD family!
Here’s the good stuff. I have yet to experience any physical malady whatsoever………not a cold, nor the flu nor even a headache! Even more curious, when injured, i heal almost instantly. I’ve had severely broken bones heal in two days, not two months and I have the x-rays to prove it.
And right in line with what Peter was talking about early in the presentation, I am always misstaken for someone much much younger than my years suggest.
I say all of this to present myself as someone who indeed has walked his talk.
If there is anything that I can do for you in your endeavor to unite and multiply kindred spirits, I’m your man.
Great day your way,
Ron
ps……..I’ve been playing at life full time for over twenty years too!
Wow Ron!
It sounds like you have proved the power of a RAW food diet.
Your story is truly amazing.
Keep up the amazing lifestyle and thank you for reaching out to me
Warmly,
Tristan
