Here’s some insight into the Satori Sport Bootcamp sessions: We start off the workout with meditation as the appetizer and then add joint mobility to warm you up. Then we pump up the awesome tunes for following along to our martial rhythms calisthenics, hitting the heavy bags and jumping rope!! For the main dish it’s on to total body sculpting with weights, toning bands and body resistance exercises. Yes this includes core and glutes!
